We are currently seeking a full-time x-ray technician / medical assistant to join our team in Century City. The ideal candidate will combine an engaging personality with an ability to maintain organization in a busy environment. This patient-oriented individual will also be able to meet the following job description and possess the following skills requirements. EMR and patient flow training will be provided to ensure proficiency in independent work.

DUTIES :

Back Office : Room & vital patients according to the day’s schedule, ability to administer injections, blood draws, assist in minor office procedures. Stock / clean exam rooms & nurses’ station.

Phones : scheduling further testing, retrieving test results / imaging, overflow of the front desk is a must.

Paperwork : complete requisition forms for sample pick up, scanning

Qualifications : Phlebotomy

HS Diploma or equivalent

Previous medical experience a must

Medical Assistant Degree

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to multitask

Positive customer service skills, clear and articulate phone mannerisms

While we share office space with another provider, this position will primarily support our clinical team. The role includes coverage and assistance with patient overflow as needed. Responsibilities are not limited to back-office functions; the ideal candidate will also provide support to the front desk when required, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
