Our Paid Social channels are critical to generating high-quality leads and scaling our B2B funnel. We're looking for an experienced Senior Paid Social Manager to take full ownership of these channels, combining creativity, precision, and a data-driven mindset to deliver measurable impact.

Your responsibilities

Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day :

• Own and scale Moss' Paid Social channels end-to-end primarily Meta Ads (incl. Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Develop B2B-focused paid social strategies to reach CFOs, finance leaders, and decision-makers across DACH, Benelux, and the UK.
• Design and execute campaigns targeting full-funnel growth from awareness to lead conversion.
• Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to continuously improve CTR, CPL, and MQL quality.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and messaging tailored to B2B audiences.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Analytics to align campaigns with revenue goals and track performance impact.
• Continuously research competitor strategies, market trends, and new paid social features to stay ahead.
