Senior Manager, Paid Social

We're looking for a data-driven and creative Senior Manager, Paid Social to join our Growth Marketing team. You'll be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat to drive student acquisition and brand awareness.

This is an exciting opportunity to own performance-driven social campaigns from ideation to execution in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our NYC office reporting directly into our Senior Growth Manager.

What you'll do :

• Build & manage paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Youtube, and others) from start to finish
• Optimize campaigns toward CAC goals through daily performance monitoring
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives (video, UGC, influencer, static)
• Conduct A / B testing across targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pages
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
• Stay up to date on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance our paid acquisition strategy

Benefits and Compensation :

The target base salary range for this opportunity is $120,000 - $150,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including performance-based bonus, equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
