Responsibilities Position located in the Pediatric ICU of a hospital setting Float as needed to NICU, CV PICU, ED, stepdown, and medical-surgical units Level 1 trauma environment with pediatric critical care patient population Uses EPIC as the electronic medical record system Day shift, 4x12 hour shifts from 7 : 00 to 19 : 30 Must be willing and able to work through the New Year holiday Not accepting requests for time off on December 24th and 25th No special scheduling requests, including block scheduling, will be accommodated Strict punctuality policy enforced Travelers must comply with all float and assignment expectations Requirements Active OH or compact RN license in hand Minimum 2 years of RN experience highly preferred EPIC experience required Must be willing to float to multiple units as needed At least two professional references, one of which must be a manager or supervisor Candidates cannot have worked as a permanent employee at the facility within the past two years First time travelers may be considered if they have more than 3 years of experience and Level 1 trauma experience No local candidates allowed; must reside outside a 60-mile radius Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-612932.
