Kama West Loop is looking for a creative and disciplined Pastry Chef to
lead our dessert program. This is an opportunity to create an inventive, seasonal pastry menu
that complements our chef-driven, modern Indian-inspired cuisine.
What You’ll Do :
- Develop and execute a rotating pastry menu highlighting seasonal ingredients
- Lead and train pastry team members, ensuring consistency and quality
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to align desserts with the overall menu vision
- Oversee production schedules, ordering, and inventory for pastry department
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
