To guide the Software Engineering and Electronic Hardware Engineering teams to the root cause responsible team. Identify root cause and achieve rapid solutions on difficult to solve problems.

Main Tasks :

• Apply advanced problem solving tools to resolve non-conformance issues.
• Quickly and accurately frame issue(s), identify the problem(s), and provide effective resolutions
