The Project Coordinator is the backbone of our projects, ensuring every detail from planning to completion is organized and executed flawlessly. You will work closely with the owner, designers, and field crew to manage project logistics, documentation, and communication. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a central point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Administration : Create, maintain, and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, plans, and permits.
- Logistics & Procurement : Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials and supplies for multiple projects.
- Scheduling & Coordination : Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules. Coordinate daily activities with the Field Manager, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects stay on track.
- Communication : Act as a key liaison between the owner, designers, clients, and field team. Provide regular project updates and proactively resolve any issues that arise.
- Budgeting Support : Work with the owner and finance team to track project costs, process invoices, and ensure project budgets are maintained.
- Problem-Solving : Proactively identify potential issues and work with the team to find practical solutions.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in a construction, interior design, or similar industry.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.A resourceful and proactive problem-solver with a "get it done" attitude.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency with project management software (e.g., BuilderTrend, CoConstruct) and Microsoft Office Suite.A true team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and support the team wherever needed.Compensation
