Financial Analyst
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) office! This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Support the annual business planning processes through preparation of data and analyses
- Prepare monthly financial and metric performance reports and respond to related inquiries
- Perform data requests and analyses across topic areas as requested by those throughout the firm
- Serve as an internal consultant to various groups to provide analysis, insights, and understanding of their data to inform decision making
- Become an expert on Kimley-Horn data and metrics to answer questions and advise others how to interpret our data
- Assist with special projects among various teams nationwide
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fieldVBA, Power Query, and SQL skills preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent quantitative skills combined with an ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendationsHigh degree of professionalism and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization from new hires to senior executivesExceptional client service mentality and strong work ethicOutstanding communication skillsMust be an excellent team player as well as work independentlyWhy Kimley-Horn?
