Financial Analyst
The Commercial Finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Anesthesia & Emergency Medicine (AEM) business unit (BU). This role will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical financial analysis supporting the Anesthesia & Emergency Medicine team. The primary focus of the role will be to provide management with the necessary information and analysis tools to support the executive decision-making process. This position will be based in Morrisville, NC.

Principal Responsibilities
Support the Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Reporting Process assist in the preparation and review of the monthly and quarterly close process for revenue and operating expenses.Ensure appropriate internal controls are maintained and SBU financial statements are in compliance with corporate accounting policies and standards.Participate in the forecasting and budgeting processes, including coordinating with department heads to make updates as needed.Research and analyze data in order to provide a clear, cohesive explanation of business drivers.Prioritize tasks to achieve deadlines.Prepare and submit journal entries.Collaboration and cooperation with other Teleflex departments to achieve objectives.Liaise with Auditors, Corporate Finance, North America Finance Shared Services and Operations Finance.Special Projects and other duties as assigned.Adherence to and ensuring compliance with the Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules and procedures.Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting required.Minimum of two years in a Finance position.Experience with SAP, BW, Power BI, HFM, and PBCS preferred.Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
