Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence

Streamline project creation and maintain Confluence spaces for better collaboration

Establish governance standards and conduct regular system audits for data integrity

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience administering Jira Software and Confluence in enterprise environments

Solid understanding of workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation configuration

Experience supporting Agile and ITSM practices

Ability to translate business processes into maintainable Jira configurations

Familiarity with automation and integration tools within the Atlassian ecosystem
