Position Summary
The Pool Designer & Sales Consultant is the key sales role for Craft Master Custom Pools. This position requires blending design creativity with strategic sales acumen to expand our presence across Palm Beach, Martin, and Treasure Coast counties. You will serve as the trusted advisor guiding clients from initial consultation through signed contract, while collaborating with our project teams to ensure feasibility and flawless execution.
This is a commission-only role designed for entrepreneurial, motivated sales professionals who want to align with a high-growth, luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Expand the client base by proactively building strong, trust-based relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, and real estate professionals in your territory.
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to deeply understand client lifestyles, preferences, and design goals.
- Design and present custom pool concepts using professional rendering tools (e.g., Pool Studio), showcasing vision, value, and investment.
- Drive the full sales process from lead generation to signed contract, maintaining an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.
- Represent Craft Master Custom Pools at industry events, trade shows, and client-facing opportunities as the face of the company’s new vision.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage pipeline, track performance, and support enterprise-level growth goals.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure that designs align with technical feasibility, budgets, and client expectations.
Qualifications
5+ years of outside sales or customer-facing sales experience (luxury residential, pools, or landscape industries preferred).Proven track record of success in high-ticket or commission-driven sales.Proficiency in 2D / 3D design and rendering software (Pool Studio or similar).Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset .Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM platforms, digital sales tools, and AI-powered aids.Entrepreneurial drive : self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.Currently based in South Florida, with ability to travel locally for client consultations.Compensation
