• $160,000 commensurate with experience Job Description : Stelic is seeking a full-time, onsite Project Scheduler / Planning & Controls Engineer to support a large-scale public works project in Los Angeles.

This role requires advanced scheduling expertise with Primavera P6 to develop, maintain, and analyze cost- and resource-loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.

The Scheduler will provide accurate planning, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring alignment across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.

The position will collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners’ representatives to maintain schedule integrity and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements :

Work Environment : This role is based onsite at the Los Angeles project site.

Work will be performed in both office and active construction environments, requiring regular field walks and coordination with project teams and contractors.

Opportunity for remote work is available when coordinated with the on site project team.
