As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents through your attentive and professional demeanor. You will monitor access, verify credentials, and provide clear communication to support a secure environment. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time Mon 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM Fri 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Greet visitors, employees, and / or clients in a professional manner while monitoring access to the location.

Follow security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate with appropriate personnel as needed.

Maintain accurate logs and documentation of visitors, deliveries, and other front desk activities.

Provide customer service by assisting with inquiries and directing individuals to the appropriate departments or contacts.

Support emergency response activities as required by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
