Your responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while addressing security-related inquiries. By maintaining a visible presence at the front desk, you help to deter potential incidents and support a positive campus experience.

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
