The Role

As the top escalation point on the helpdesk , you'll be the "buck stops here" resource for both clients and teammates. You'll take ownership of issues end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, and step in on-site when needed (about 25% travel). What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as final escalation for inbound tickets / calls — handling everything from workstation hiccups to advanced networking.
• Own tickets fully, escalating to vendors only when necessary.
• Configure and manage client backups.
• Mentor L1 / L2 engineers, raising the bar on documentation and client communication.
• Provide on-site support for escalations, upgrades, and projects (~25%).
• Track work and document issues / processes in Autotask (or similar PSA / RMM).
• Partner with leadership to resolve recurring issues and streamline processes.
