We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Creative Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of multiple websites for our clients. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with WordPress, Shopify or ecommerce platforms, and a proven track record of project managing website projects.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage multiple website projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Work closely with clients, developers, and designers to gather project requirements, establish project timelines and scope, and communicate project status updates
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure cross-functional projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to WordPress, Shopify, or other ecommerce platforms, and work with developers and designers to implement solutions
  • Ensure all projects adhere to best practices for SEO, accessibility, and user experience
  • Manage website maintenance and updates, including security updates, bug fixes, and content updates

    • Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience project managing multiple websites
  • 2-3 years of experience with WordPress, including familiarity with customizing themes and plugins, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • 2-3 years of experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms, including familiarity with product management, payment processing, and shipping integrations
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines (ADA)
  • Experience with project management tools such as Teamwork, Asana, Monday, etc.
  • Understanding of UX principles
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
  • Experience with tight-turnaround times
  • High levels of self-motivation
