Marketing Manager - Value & Proprietary Brands
TBC Corporation is seeking a marketing manager for our value and private label tire brands to develop and execute marketing strategies and grow our portfolio of brands. In this role, your work will sit at the intersection of customer insights, brand strategy and manufacturer collaboration. You will drive brand clarity and customer relevance across TBCs product portfolio and marketing efforts, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to grow strong, value-driven brands.
This involves understanding consumer needs, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various teams to create compelling brand stories and experiences. Youll build comprehensive playbooks and marketing roadmaps that complement go-to-market strategies for both consumer and commercial tire brands. In essence, the marketing manager for private label brands will act as a brand steward, ensuring that TBCs value and proprietary brands are effectively positioned, promoted, and managed to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies : Craft comprehensive plans to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales for private label tire brands.
- Brand Identity Management : Define and maintain the brand voice, personality, and design standards for private label brands, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Market research and analysis : Identify consumer insights, analyze competitive and market trends, and monitor brand performance to inform marketing decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with brand management, digital merchandising, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Campaign development and execution : Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and in-store promotions.
- Performance tracking and reporting : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing results, and reporting on the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns.
- Budget & Timeline management : Manage project-level marketing budgets and timelines ensuring efficient allocation of resources and on-time delivery.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.6+ years of experience in marketing communications, product marketing, or B2B marketing.Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.Strong understanding of brand building principles and the ability to develop and maintain brand consistency.High-level project management skills : Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet project timetables.Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and Adobe Creative Suite.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate marketing effectiveness.Familiarity with the competitive tire landscape and / or the dynamics of the B2B market a plus.Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Willing to travel 10%.Benefits :
