We are seeking a
Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager
in the power generation industry, passionate about mentoring and leading project designs.
Ideal Candidate :
- Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Power / Energy Generation and utilities.
- Experience managing engineers in design and documentation.
- PE License preferred.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to interpret project requirements, technical plans, and specifications.
- Experience with value engineering for cost-saving solutions.
- Technical leadership in mechanical design for power and utility projects.
- Expertise in Process Piping, P&ID's, Natural Gas systems, Power Generation (simple and combined cycle), Steam, High-temperature systems, and Thermal stress analysis.
- Client interaction during project conception and planning.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing codes, NFPA, Industrial Ventilation, ASME Standards.
- Proficiency in detailed design, system layout, and creating design standards.
- Input provision for instrumentation, control systems, material selection, cost estimation, hazardous area classification, and constructability reviews.
- Leadership qualities, mentorship skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for surveys, assessments, and construction oversight.
