Corporate File Clerk

Responsibilities

Provides administrative record keeping and file maintenance support. The File Clerk will review incoming legal mail for immediate scanning, distribution, and filing so that legal notices are promptly responded to. The File Clerk will help maintain the Legal Departments files keeping them up to date and organized for quick retrieval. Review documents and files to remove privileged or confidential information.

Education and Work Experience

Required qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $27.24. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
