Reports to : Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Cooperates with : Field Service Technicians, Project Management, Leadership, Interviewers, Hiring Managers, HR
Primary Responsibility : We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to support our high-volume hiring needs for Field Service Technicians in multiple U.S. markets. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent quickly.
What You'll Do :
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Field Service Technician roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, industry groups, and local networks to attract skilled trade talent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple markets simultaneously.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and recommend hiring strategies.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by communicating consistently and professionally.
- Track and report recruiting activity, pipeline status, and hiring metrics.
- Travel to various U.S. markets to lead targeted in-person hiring events and community outreach efforts.
- Plan and conduct virtual mass hiring events to attract and process large candidate pools efficiently.
- Support employer branding and outreach efforts to strengthen presence in key hiring markets.
What We're Looking For :
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with high-volume hiring in skilled trades, manufacturing, or field service roles.Proven experience organizing and conducting virtual mass hiring events and / or large-scale interview days.Willingness to travel up to 25-40% to U.S. markets for targeted hiring events.Strong sourcing skills, with success using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and trade-specific channels.Ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse markets simultaneously.Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Contract Details :
