Capital Markets Associate

A company is looking for a Capital Markets Associate responsible for capital markets activities including capital raising and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Excel financial models to support Tax Equity and Debt capital funding

Lead the execution of tax equity, debt, and equity funding processes with external stakeholders

Report on financial activities to key stakeholders and enhance existing processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; master's or MBA is a plus

3-5+ years of experience in banking or capital markets; solar industry experience preferred

Strong business acumen and analytical skills with understanding of the macroeconomic landscape

Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions across systems and processes

Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
