Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join us in our Palm Beach Gardens office. This is a temporary position and candidates must be available to work starting in October 2025. Full-time availability is highly preferred.

This position will be onsite.

What your day looks like :

• Serve as first point of contact for vendors, guests and associates at the reception desk
• Provide technical and non-technical support to office professionals and administrative peers
• Assist with event logistical setup (including room reservations, catering orders, invitations, and manage responses for events and room setup)
• Maintain office calendars using Microsoft Outlook
• Edit and proofread reports, letters, proposals and / or presentations
• Print, bind and process paper deliverables
• Create hotel and / or other travel accommodations with preferred vendors
• Assist with new employee workstation set up and general IT requests
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and courier requests
• Order office supplies as needed
• Scan and upload documents to appropriate file servers and repositories
• Support administrative processes with data entry and tracking of information.
• Miscellaneous projects, as assigned

What you need for this role :

Compensation for this role is $18-$21 per hour. Individual offers will consider location, experience, and budget.
