The Berwyn Public Library is seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, and innovative Reference Librarian who is technologically savvy, customer service driven, and passionate about programming. The ideal candidate will bring new and creative ideas to the Library.

Duties include :

• Assessing the collection and selecting materials for addition.
• Developing and recommending training procedures for support staff.
• Developing new programs, services, and initiatives.
• Providing assistance to library patrons in all areas of reference services.
• Compiling and maintaining digital archives.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reference Department in the absence of the manager.
