Overview
Lead high-impact reconstruction projects from start to finish. United Water Restoration Group of North Florida is seeking a detail-oriented Reconstruction Project Manager with budgeting expertise and customer-first mindset to oversee projects from scope creation through final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Project Oversight & Execution :
Manage multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously from start to finish
Oversee project timelines, material orders, subcontractor coordination, and quality controlEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfactionPreconstruction Planning :Develop and present accurate project budgets and preconstruction documents
Utilize Xactimate to scope and estimate reconstruction work in detailFinancial Management :Track project costs, monitor job profitability, and oversee billing and change orders
Assist with collections when necessary and ensure financial goals are metCommunication & Customer Satisfaction :Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Maintain a strong focus on customer service and manage expectations throughout the reconstruction processProblem Solving & Leadership :Address project delays or issues quickly and proactively resolve problems on site
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and hold subcontractors accountable to standardsQualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience managing reconstruction or general contracting projectsProven ability to produce budgets and preconstruction documentationAdvanced proficiency with Xactimate requiredStrong financial acumen and understanding of job costingExcellent communication, negotiation, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfactionNo formal education or certifications required; field experience is criticalBenefits
