Key Responsibilities
Submit clean claims promptly and serve in the absence of the supervisor or manager
Resolve complex issues and provide support and guidance to team members
Document all account activities and ensure compliance with departmental standards
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree or three additional years of relevant experience
3 years of experience in revenue cycle, finance, customer service, or data analytics
Ability to process high-volume customer service work queues in EPIC
Experience in addressing patient inquiries and resolving billing concerns
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
