This role is a key contributor to maintaining a successful relationship with our clients. The primary responsibility is to provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and Clients. Communication skills are key as you'll manage a large volume of emails daily. Analytical skills will be key as you create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and other documents utilizing primarily MS Office / G-Suite products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.) You'll also be responsible for building client reports reflecting metrics including staffing, attendance, and any other specific report asked to be presented.
