job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the food and beverage production location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols specific to the food and beverage environment. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor access points and observe for any irregularities or potential hazards within the production and storage areas. Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns specific to the food and beverage industry. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Experience with x-ray screening is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
