In this role, you will conduct thorough inspections, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs in residential HVAC systems. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, listen to their concerns, and understand their unique needs, crafting options to meet them. You'll provide expert HVAC guidance to help them make informed and confident decisions regarding their systems. Maintaining a professional appearance, understanding Key Performance Indicators, and upholding Streamline's Core Values and Guiding Principles are essential aspects of this role.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and fixtures in residential homes.
• Build relationships with customers, learning more about their needs and building lifetime members.
• Guide customers to informed and confident buying decisions by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
• Keep your company truck clean and inventory-ready
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional
• Maintain Streamline Core Values & Guiding Principles
• Master the NexStar Service System
• Maintain professional appearance
• Participate in the On-Call Rotation
• Understand Key Performance Indicators
