A company is looking for a Lead, Global Process Analyst (Compensation).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and advocate for enhancements to HR system functionality aligned with business strategies
Conduct root cause analysis of issues and collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Lead efforts to streamline end-to-end processes and ensure compliance with data governance frameworks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or a suitable combination of experience, education, and training
Preferred experience with Workday, especially in Compensation and Advanced Compensation Modules
Proficiency in designing and documenting End-to-End H2R processes
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective HR system solutions
Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence
