Accountabilities :

As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities include :

• Planning, implementing, and completing assigned laboratory clinical trials / projects, including medium to high complexity and global initiatives.
• Managing project teams, setting goals, timelines, and motivating staff to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Overseeing operational compliance with ICH guidelines, GCP, regulatory requirements, and laboratory procedures.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, laboratory specifications, and databases using lab information management systems (LIMS).
• Creating project-specific tools such as manuals, quick reference guides, sample requisition forms, and lab kits.
• Monitoring project budgets, assessing scope changes, and implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Leading client and team meetings, documenting outcomes, and preparing status reports.
• Supporting training, process improvement initiatives, and the development of project deliverables.
