Responsibilities
Administrative Support : Provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Document Management : Organize, maintain, and update files and records, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
Communication : Facilitate effective communication by handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Appointment Scheduling : Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating with relevant parties.
Office Supplies Management : Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
Customer Interaction : Greet and assist clients and visitors, offering a friendly and welcoming environment.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with office staff to support various projects and tasks.
Requirements
Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience : Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
