We are working closely with a hiring team in the South Bend, IN area for a Plant Engineering Leader.

This is a direct hire opportunity!

The Plant Engineering Leader will oversee multiple engineering teams that comprise the operational functions of the facility. They will be responsible for developing and ensuring the completion of operating procedures, continuous improvement, and compliance of best practices.

The Plant Engineering Leader will be the primary point of contact for these teams and responsible for issues that may come from the production process. They will also oversee production and overall plant metrics to ensure profitability.
