Compensation : DOE ($175,000 to $250,000)

Job Summary

Theoria Medical is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to oversee employment-related litigation and manage insurance coverage matters impacting labor and employment risks. This role is critical to protecting Theoria's legal and financial interests across a complex regulatory landscape. The attorney will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to mitigate legal risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a healthy workplace culture across our business operations.

Shift Structure

• Remote position, Full Time, M-F, 40-50 hours / week
• Preferred hours : 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m. ET
