As Senior Manager of Scheduling Operations, you'll lead a team that ensures Crunchyroll's content launches smoothly across SVOD, AVOD, EST, theatrical, and home video platforms. You'll be the main link between media supply, localization, content acquisition, programming, and delivery operations, translating contracts into applicable schedules and ensuring compliance while maximizing global release impact.

What You'll Do

Content Scheduling & Operations

• Oversee global SVOD scheduling with accuracy across all platforms
• Maintain and improve scheduling databases and tools, including Airtable
• Turn acquisition contracts into launch timelines and release plans
• Research content availability to set optimal release dates
• Refine scheduling with automations and workflow improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to adapt systems to our needs
