Customer Service Representative
Serves customers and Sales Managers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Job Duties :
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by answering calls and responding to customer inquiries or requests in a timely manner.
- Assisting customers with questions regarding order status, pricing, and shipping issues.
- Accurate data entry of customer orders.
- Working with sales representatives and managers for pricing overrides, special products, and problem resolution with customer accounts.
- Answering telephone and utilizing the switchboard to transfer calls as needed.
- Assist the team as needed and be able to backup other jobs during vacations and illness.
Job Requirements :
2 year Business related degree (preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional telephone etiquetteResolution driven and customer service orientedAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high volume environment.Detail oriented with strong organization skills.Solid computer skills including : MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook), AS400 experience is helpfulPerform wide variety of administrative duties as assignedLocal candidates preferred (no relocation package available)
