Summary :

We are hiring a CAD Technician to join our Land Development team in Houston, TX ! The Technician will support engineers and designers on projects of increasing complexity while completing detailed drawings in a collaborative environment using computer-aided design programs with a focus on Commercial and Residential Land Development projects. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output. Ultimately, the Design Technician helps bridge the gap between design concepts and practical implementation, facilitating efficient project workflows and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Associate degree or equivalent in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical design or drafting within a business services or related industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or equivalent design tools.
• Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, symbols, and conventions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Land Development design concepts, including site layout, drainage, paving, and grading.
