Position : Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and supervise all dietary services
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Manage inventory, food ordering, and cost control
• Oversee food preparation and ensure quality, presentation, and nutrition standards
• Train and supervise dietary staff to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment
• Collaborate with clinical teams to accommodate resident dietary needs and preferences

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Qualifications :

Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required

Experience in long-term care or healthcare food service preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to dietary services in nursing facilities

ServSafe Certification a plus
