Apparel Pattern Engineer - Product Development

We are seeking a seasoned Apparel Pattern Engineer with strong expertise in pattern making and adjustments to support product lines. This role will collaborate closely with Marketing and Design to bring concepts to life, create and adjust patterns, and ensure garments meet performance, fit, and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Translate design concepts into accurate 2D patterns and first models
• Create, review, and revise product specifications with detailed construction methods.
• Collaborate in fit sessions, incorporating styling and fit changes.
• Inspect, critique, and refine samples to meet design and performance goals.
• Ensure specifications optimize product profitability.
• Represent the brand in athlete-facing work when needed.
