    • Role Responsibilities :

  • Classroom Leadership : Collaborate with teachers to create a stimulating and welcoming environment where children can learn and grow.
  • Curriculum Implementation : Aid teachers in delivering our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.

    • Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : High School Diploma / GED is required; ECE coursework is preferred.
  • Minimum Age : Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience : Prior experience or a strong passion for early childhood education is desired.
  • State Compliance : Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
  • Health Requirements : Comply with state and federal health standards, including immunizations and safety training.

    • Caregiving Skills :

  • Exhibit sound judgment in identifying and addressing potential risks in a childcare environment.
  • Ensure children's safety and well-being, which may include diapering, grooming, and feeding.
  • Encourage good social skills, effective communication, and conflict resolution among children.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities that keep them active and entertained.
  • Show patience, professionalism, and composure at all times.

    • Physical Resilience :

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods without discomfort.
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds safely.
  • Reach, stretch, climb, kneel, or crawl as needed.
  • Supervise children through sight and sound.
  • Work outdoors in temperatures ranging from 20°F to 95°F regularly.
  • Maintain alertness and energy to fulfill essential job functions.
