We’re a long-standing, community-focused veterinary hospital in beautiful Laguna Beach, CA, and we’re looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face (and voice!) for our clients and their pets.

What You’ll Do :

Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, making them feel valued and heard

Accurately enter and update client / patient information in our system

Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments

Process payments and invoices with accuracy and care

Document & process medication requests and call in prescriptions to outside pharmacies

Educate clients on recommended products and services

Keep our lobby clean, organized, and inviting

Assist with various administrative tasks to keep the hospital running smoothly

What We’re Looking For :

A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine love for animals and people

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2 years of veterinary customer service experience

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active on your feet throughout the day

Compensation :

Pay starts at $18–$22 / hour and is based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
