Project Development Director

Position Summary :

The Project Development Director will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our clients business. The ideal candidate will handle incoming inquiries, as well as generate their own leads. They will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and expand the company's market presence, with the goal of increasing sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets, and drive company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other key stakeholders in the luxury home market.
• Pursue inbound leads to ensure they are qualified and handled in a timely manner.
• Execute the sales process
• Drive the entire sales process for your leads, from initial client contact, to contract negotiation, through project kick-off.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
