Project Coordinator – Major Global Sporting Event (Miami Downtown)

Our client is delivering a Tour Operator Program for the 2026 World Cup across the USA, Mexico, and Canada – and they are looking for a Project Coordinator based in Miami Downtown to help make it happen.
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, ideal for someone who wants to be part of a career-defining project and gain international exposure.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate full project lifecycle, maintaining project charters, logs, and governance documentation.Track milestones, manage interdependencies, and prepare concise status reports for leadership.Ensure alignment between travel services, accommodation, and ground transport workstreams.Build Excel-based tracking tools and dashboards consolidating data from multiple sources.Support readiness planning for event-time operations and service delivery.Identify process gaps and help implement automation, efficiency, and compliance measures.What We’re Looking For
Experience in project coordination or PMO support (tourism, travel services, or events a strong plus).Familiarity with tour operator, group travel, or ticket-inclusive packages .Skilled with Office 365, SharePoint, Power Automate , and advanced Excel (VBA, macros, Power Query).Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and enjoys collaborating with global teams.Additional Details
