Job Description

Seeking a self-motivated Product Engineer for the Timing and Communications Group (TCG). The candidate will lead and participate in all aspects of product development, manufacturing transfers and customer support for Clock Generators, Distribution and Oscillator products.

Duties include :

• Coordinate activities of Design, Applications, Marketing, Test and Quality engineering groups to bring new MEMS based clock products to market
• Define development costs and schedules
• Bench characterize and evaluation of new products
• Yield improvement and cost reduction activities
• Support manufacturing needs and customer requests
• Increase test and assembly manufacturing capacity

Travel Time : 0% - 25%

Physical Attributes : Carrying, Handling, Hearing, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others

Physical Requirements : Regular work hours (Mon - Fri; 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM), 70% sitting, 15% standing, 15% walking

Pay Range : We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $68,640 - $128,000. Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
