Summary

We are seeking a  Process Engineer  to support large-scale production operations within a chemical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process development, optimization, and quality control, with the ability to transition new products from development into full-scale manufacturing. A  Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science or a related engineering field  is required.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with operations and development teams to transition new products into manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain process plans, in-process specifications, and equipment settings for new and existing products.
• Perform yield and efficiency analysis across various stages of production, documenting and tracking performance data.
• Implement and maintain statistical process control (SPC) systems, documentation, and training.
• Evaluate and recommend process equipment and laboratory instrumentation as needed.
• Support quality initiatives through corrective and preventive action reporting and documentation updates.
• Review and revise process planning documentation to improve quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment performance and energy usage, maintaining historical data and calibration records.
• Participate in product process reviews and implement resulting action items.
• Prepare and revise documentation to align with ISO-9001 standards.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, packaged, and tested according to approved procedures.
