HealthFitness is hiring part-time lifeguards! Are you a strong swimmer with a passion for ensuring the safety of others? We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at our client site located in Marysville, Ohio (OH). As a lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all aquatic facility members and guests. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and contribute to the well-being of our community. Flexible schedule within the following hours of operation : M-F 5am-6pm, Sat 10am-3pm.

Your Impact :

• Monitor and ensure safety and well-being of patrons using the aquatic facilities.
• Enforce and explain rules as necessary.
• Respond appropriately to any emergency.
• Perform chemical testing and documents results for three bodies of water and a hot tub four times a day.
• Attend all required staff meetings and training.
• Ensure that needs of the aquatic center are being met by folding towels; cleaning; filling water machines; and inspecting the Aquatics Facility to ensure safe environment for members.
• Maintain a professional attitude.
• Other duties as needed / assigned.

Minimum Requirements :

All lifeguards are required to perform a basic lifeguard skill test consisting of :

Compensation : $14 / hr - $16 / hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
