Work closely with logistics, operations, and administrative teams to ensure smooth, customer-focused processes. Participate in corporate meetings and contribute strategic ideas. Proven experience as Store Manager or similar role (minimum 2 years). Background in sales related to remodeling, interior design, or home décor. Strong leadership skills, goal-oriented mindset, and data-based decision-making. Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAT Business 1) – required. Experience in visual product presentation (a plus). Your mission :
Oversee the full operation of the store, lead the sales team, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional, personalized experience aligned with our commitment to design, guidance, and service excellence.
Key responsibilities :
Store and sales operations
- Manage daily operations : order, inventory, visual presentation, and compliance with policies.
- Monitor performance indicators (sales, margins, expenses) and execute action plans to meet and exceed goals.
- Implement commercial strategies in line with market trends and the brand’s vision.
Team leadership
Customer experience and design advisory
Visual merchandising and showroom presentation
Cross-functional collaboration
