What You Will Be Doing
As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will :
Compensation and Benefits
We publish that sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly rate with uncapped commissions. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate are provided during the first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off : no less than 40 hours per year in the first year, and 80 hours per year thereafter. Sick leave meets minimum state-law requirements where applicable.
