Join a well-supported hospital-based clinic in  Bismarck, North Dakota  that’s seeking  board-certified or board-eligible urologists  for  ongoing locum coverage  starting  November 2025 . With a  premium pay structure ,  light callback , and  supportive staff , this is the ideal assignment for urologists looking for flexibility and top-tier compensation.

💰  Pay Breakdown :

$2,800 / 24-hr call shift

Nightly Pager Call + Call Back + Holiday 24 hr call rates additional

Clinic Hourly Rate :   $370 / hr

Travel, lodging, and malpractice fully covered

📅  Schedule & Availability :

Starting  November 2025  –  2 weeks per month  ongoing

Clinic + Call duties

Average  1–5 callback hours

🏥  Position Highlights :

Setting :  Hospital-based urology clinic

EMR :  Epic

Support Staff :  3 RNs + 1 CNA

Avg. Clinic Volume :  15–20 patients / day

Clinic Procedures :  2–3 per day

Surgery Days :  ~4 scheduled / emergent cases

Inpatient Consults + Post-Op Rounding (during day call)

Required Procedures :  Cystoscopy, Cystoscopy & Dilation

No robotics

✅  Requirements : BC / BE  in Urology

ND license or IMLC
