Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
  • Check identification to verify legal drinking age
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including stocking supplies and replenishing inventory
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons

Experience :

  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
  • Strong hospitality skills, including the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials or menu items
  • Ability to handle food safely, including proper storage, preparation, and handling techniques
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures, including making change accurately
  • Experience in the food service industry, such as working in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Understanding of retail math for inventory management and pricing
