Billing and Revenue Specialist

A company is looking for a Billing & Revenue Specialist to oversee revenue operations and manage the billing process for subscription-based SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full revenue cycle, including invoice generation, payment processing, and reconciliations for SaaS subscriptions

Prepare and issue accurate invoices, ensuring compliance with contract terms and monitoring accounts receivable aging reports

Generate revenue reports and analyses to inform executive decision-making and identify process improvements in billing workflows

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

2+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or accounts receivable within a SaaS, software, or healthcare environment

Proficiency in ERP / CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Excel functions

Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounts receivable best practices

Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
